A center for entertainment, retail and dining, Sparkman Wharf is another recent waterfront development by Strategic Property Partners, LLC, which includes several eateries, shopping, and office space located in the heart of the Channelside District adjoining the Port Tampa Bay Cruise Terminal in downtown Tampa.
In 2018, GeoPoint began work on the Wharf in conjunction with engineering firm Kimley-Horn, completing the construction layout for all of the buildings and structures located in the newly conceptualized development. The results include a well-designed pedestrian traffic flow through a commercial center anchored by a waterfront open-space beer garden establishment.
