GeoPoint is getting underway on a new multistory condominium development for KT GULF SHORE LLC, partnering once again with BCBE Construction on the second of three projects together.
Our Construction Services team will support the project throughout its approximately 18–24-month duration, beginning with the precise layout of nearly 730 auger cast piles and continuing as the development rises.
GeoPoint's scope includes:
✔ Foundation control lines, recreated on each floor as construction progresses
✔ Floor-by-floor quality control checks for plumb and elevation
✔ Layout and grading for underground utilities
✔ Staking for pools, spas, and other above-ground amenities
✔ Paving, drives, sidewalks, and pool decks
✔ A new seawall and multiple boat docks
We're proud to continue building on our relationship with BCBE Construction, also bringing Rosewood Residences through completion and preparing to begin work on Olana, another multistory condominium development.
