A master planned community award winner, Epperson Ranch boasts a network of beautifully designed residential subdivisions surrounding a 7.5-acre clear water recreational lagoon that includes a swim-up bar, cabana cove and floating obstacle course.
GeoPoint joined the Epperson Ranch project team led by residential developer Metro Places in 2015, and has provided a variety of land development surveying and mapping services such as topography and boundary surveys, plat surveys and construction stake outs, including the stake out for the community’s recreational lagoon. Work on this Pasco County project will continue for the next several years until the neighborhoods are completely built out.
