Project Manager

One of the founding team members when GeoPoint Surveying opened its doors in 2009, Jack has more than 35 years of survey experience that began in 1985 working as a Survey Technician for Heidt & Associates. Nearly 20 years later, he became a Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper and today as a Project Manager, coordinates and supports the formation of various Community Development Districts.

Jack handles the supervision of calculations, legal descriptions, client and government agency interaction associated with all types of typical land surveying activities, including ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, Boundary, Wetland, Topographic, Tree, Letter of Map Revision (FEMA, involving bringing properties formerly in Special Flood Hazard Areas, out of the Flood Zone) Surveys. He also specializes in Alcoholic Beverage Special Use permitting in the City of Tampa, Hillsborough County, the City of Temple Terrace, Pasco County, Plant City, Orange County, Broward County, Dade County, Sarasota County and Pinellas County, serving high-profile clients throughout the State of Florida.
