E. Vernon Horne

A Professional Surveyor and Mapper with than more than 46 years of experience in land surveying. As President, he is involved with all operations, office and field.

Frank L. Biggs, Jr.

Vice President and Director of Field Operations with over 34 years of experience, becoming a Field Chief in 1985, two years after he began his career.

Justin O. Brantley

Vice President and Director of Field Operations with more than 20 years of experience supervising field crews and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geomatics.

Jamie D. LeViner

Mr. LeViner began his surveying career in 2002 as a rodman for DeGrove Surveyors in Gainesville, FL while he pursued his B.S. Degree in Geomatics. He joined TBE Group in 2006, were he worked mostly on Florida DOT projects, which included Right of Way Mapping and large route surveys. In 2013, Mr. LeViner joined GeoPoint Surveying, Inc. as a Project Manager. He earned the title of Vice President in 2015 and moved to Central Florida to head the Maitland Office. He specializes in large tract surveys and land development platting.

Jack M. Greene

Jack is a Tampa native, and began his surveying career in 1983 as a board draftsman with Pimm Woods Surveying. He worked for Heidt & Associates from 1985 until 2009, and has been with the original group who formed GeoPoint since its inception in September of 2009. Jack performs all types of land development survey projects as well as large commercial development and associated surveying needs. He also specializes in Special Use Land Development, including alcoholic beverage licensing and property use matters.

Gary A. Rager

Mr. Rager, Director of East Coast Operations, began his survey career in 1978 as a Rodman for LBF&H, a survey firm in Jupiter, Florida. He attended the survey program at Palm Beach State College and acquired his license in surveying in 1990. Mr. Rager joined GeoPoint Surveying, Inc. in January of 2012 and earned the title of Vice-President in 2015. With 40 years' experience, both his project management and technical skills on numerous public and private projects gives GeoPoint Surveying, Inc. seasoned aspects to survey projects.

John D. Weigle

Surveying since 1983 as a rodman, Mr. Weigle manages Land Surveying and Platting Projects as well as large commercial development and associated surveying needs.

Joe Rager

Surveying since 1998, he's a Certified Survey Technician, Level III with experience in large scale boundary surveys as well as commercial and subdivision construction staking.

Matt Kneeland

A Professional Surveyor for 18 years, he holds a B.S. in Land Surveying/Geomatics, an FAA pilot license, and is certified to operate Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.

Pierson Monetti

Specializing in Boundary and Hydrographic surveys, he holds B.S. in Geomatics and has experience in all aspect of surveying includeing field work, CAD, and Management.

Rob Osteen

Rob began his surveying career in 1989 and has served all roles in the field; from rodman to supervisor. He manages all construction at the Maitland Office in Orlando.
